Truffles Medispa at 874 Floy Farr Parkway #120, Fayetteville, Georgia.

I saw Dr. Feldman approximately 9 months ago for Sclerotherapy and was very pleased. He suggested an ultrasound to determine if I needed VNUS. I had the ultrasound done in his office and my insurance paid for the procedure. I also bought someone a gift certificate to have Sclerotherapy by Dr. Feldman. Since then I have not been able to find out if insurance approved the procedure nor have I been able to get in touch with Dr. Feldman even after sending emails and leaving numerous messages. I'm not sure at this point if he will honor the gift certificate or if I will be able to get the VNUS procedure even after taking time off of work to have it done and my insurance paying for the procedure. I was very impressed with the initial work and it's very upsetting as a customer to be treated this way. My other dealings with Truffles have ben wonderful but this is very disappointing
