Home Owner Using Tri-City as Property Manager

I can't speak highly enough of Cindy and her team. They are our 3rd property management company since 2003. We have a long-distance rental and have not had one issue using this group and have used them for the past several years (5+). They are extremely thorough and competent. Our home stays rented and with well-qualified candidates. We are very happy with their service and I DO recommend them to anyone wanting to use their home as a rental.

I have rented from Tri-City for 7 years now, in 2 different homes in Peachtree City. I have to say they have been a joy to deal with as far as management companies go. They are prompt to get things done when needed and a pleasure to work with.

I highly recommend their services as a management group.

Thanks Morgan, Renee and Cindy!
