I do not recommend this service shop and warn all customers to be weary of their business tactics..... I asked one of their employees to provide a quote and details for a custom part install. I kept calling and leaving messages for any updates, and I should have known something was wrong. After a while longer, I called back and left several more messages, for both the employee and the owner, but nobody never returned my phone call. I even stopped into the shop to speak face-to-face with them and get more information and was told that the message would be given. After another week, I called back and was basically told that they had no information to give me, that the employee no longer worked there, When asked if they had a contact number for that employee, I was told a bunch of lies. They were rude and treated me like I was an annoyance and that this was not their problem. Instead of trying to make something right, or inquire into what it was that I needed, they preferred to act ignorant and treat me as if my business didn't matter.
